Join us for “Still, Rise!”
Join us for "Still, Rise!" a concert offered in solidarity with Dr. Rosephanye Powell as she strives for personal justice and clarifies the standard for the treatment of Black and women artists. Our program, comprised entirely of Dr. Powell’s choral compositions, includes The Cry of Jeremiah, a magnificent four-movement work with organ accompaniment.
Half of all concert proceeds will go to affirm and support the work of Prismid Sanctuary, “a place in Portland, OR for Indigenous, Black & all POC artists and cultural workers to convene, rest, and heal.”
